You could say I was born into real estate. As a member of a family with well over 30 years of experience I was lucky enough to be a part of a growing and developing real estate company that has dominated Cedar Rapids, Marion and Hiawatha multi-unit real estate for decades.
Being mentored and learning the real estate sale business from one of the nation’s best, Darin Garman, has taught me three things:
1) You get exactly what you give in service.
2) Always exceed customer’s expectations doing what is always in their best interest.
3) Market and sell real estate better than anyone else.
Along with my sales team I am excited to offer my services to those condominium owners like you that expect a different kind of energy, work ethic and result. I love selling condominiums!
Born and raised in Marion it seemed I always had some kind of ball in my hand or active in some activity. I love sports and am a former high school football player and played Division I football for the University of Northern Iowa. I also wrestled in high school and qualified for the Iowa state wrestling tournament so I know the kind of work ethic, teamwork and discipline necessary for success.
Even though my football career is behind me I am one of those people that enjoys going back to UNI and watching football and wrestling as well as an occasional trip to Kinnick stadium and Carver Hawkeye for football and wrestling.
Today you will find me working most all the time I do enjoy fishing and crossfit. I would love to talk to you about anything sports related.
There is nothing like being raised, growing up and working in the Heartland. I hope you feel the same.
As you may have guessed I come from an active household with something going on all the time!
I am one of three kids with two older sisters and remember traveling to more tournaments, events and competitions than I can remember.
My parents always taught me about the importance of work ethic, being straight forward and always doing your best.
I am lucky to continue to live close to my family and continue that special bond that we share together.
